Six British pro-Palestinian activists have been acquitted of aggravated housebreaking referring to a 2024 raid on a manufacturing facility operated by Israeli defence agency Elbit, with a jury unable to achieve verdicts on costs of prison harm.
Prosecutors at London’s Woolwich Crown Courtroom mentioned on Wednesday the six defendants, whose trial started in November, had been members of the now-banned group Palestine Motion, which organised the assault on the Elbit Methods United Kingdom facility in Bristol, southwest England, in August final yr.
The six – Charlotte Head, 29, Samuel Nook, 23, Leona Kamio, 30, Fatema Zainab Rajwani, 21, Zoe Rogers, 22, and Jordan Devlin, 31 – all denied costs of aggravated housebreaking, violent dysfunction and prison harm.
