LONDON — A person was arrested on Sunday after a “group of males” unleashed what might have been pepper spray throughout an altercation in a parking storage at London’s Heathrow Airport, the police stated.
The incident was not being investigated as terrorism, Cmdr. Peter Stevens, of London’s Met Police, stated in a statement.
