LA QUINTA, Calif. — NFL Corridor of Famer John Elway will not be charged after his enterprise companion Jeffrey Sperbeck was fatally injured falling out of his golf cart at a Southern California golf resort neighborhood final April, authorities stated.
Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco informed KUSA-TV in Denver on Friday that investigators discovered nothing felony and dominated it a tragic accident.
