A rescue operation is underway for folks trapped below rubble following an explosion at a Pennsylvania metal plant, county officers stated.
It is not clear how many individuals are trapped from the blast on the US Metal Clairton Coke Works plant in Clairton, about 15 miles outdoors of Pittsburgh.
