White Home press secretary Karoline Leavitt on Thursday outlined President Donald Trump’s upcoming journey to Asia — which features a assembly with Chinese language President Xi Jinping.
Trump is scheduled to depart for the journey on Friday evening and can make stops in Malaysia, Japan and South Korea.
Trump will meet with Xi subsequent Thursday in Busan, South Korea on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Financial Cooperation Summit, Leavitt stated throughout Thursday’s White Home press briefing.

The assembly comes after Trump introduced earlier this month that he would implement new 100% tariffs on imports from China.
Trump’s Asai journey kicks off with a cease in Malaysia, Leavitt stated.
“Tomorrow evening at 11 p.m., the president will depart the White Home to fly to Malaysia, the place he’ll arrive on Sunday morning native time.
